What are the uses of dyes?

4. Selection of dyes for color matching

In the need to match colors, the selection of dyes should pay attention to their composition, solubility, color fastness, dyeing rate and other properties. Due to the different dyeing properties of various dyes, the dyeing effect is often affected by the different temperature, solubility, dyeing rate and so on. Therefore, in the process of color matching, we must choose dyes with similar properties, and the closer the better, which can be conducive to the control of process conditions, the stability of dyeing quality.

5. Select dyes according to dyeing mechanical properties

Because dyeing machinery is different, the properties and requirements of dyes are not the same. If it is used for dyeing, the dye with higher directness should be selected. For pad dyeing, should choose direct low dye, otherwise it will produce deep after light, color and other products do not meet the requirements.
